Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Process/Project Engineer at our Philadelphia, PA plant!
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for process engineering improvements to optimize plant processes and process control systems, as well as product quality and technology in a manufacturing environment. This will include executing small capital/expense projects. You will also be responsible for providing day-to-day support to production including troubleshooting process and quality issues, working with maintenance, development of operating procedures, continuous improvement initiatives, and involvement in the environmental, health, safety, and security aspects for the facility.
**This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience.
