The Workday Reporting and Analytics Analyst will be primarily responsible for the designing, developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and scorecards in WORKDAY. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and facilitation skills to partner with internal and external customers to elicit requirements, make recommendations and design, build, test, and deploy analytics solutions. This role will be a part of the Global HR Operations Team.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Works with HR and other functions and lead sessions to gather requirements to develop reports
  • Responsible for helping maximize Workday outcomes by delivering visual, dynamic and interactive on-demand dashboards, scorecards and analytics
  • Develops and maintains HR and other Business reporting, analytics and dashboards using Workday. Reports include but are not limited to workforce management, headcount and attrition, cost analysis and forecasting.
  • Support HR Operations with ad hoc reporting and data/trend analysis as necessary
  • Provides analytical support to HR teams, People Managers, Finance, Legal and others to create, prepare, maintain and support a variety of HR reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools (SAP Query, etc.)
  • Works with HR Systems and IT teams define and create calc fields, security policies and other Workday objects to support the evolving reporting needs of the organization
  • Assumes role as content management providing updates and direction on HR related content stored on various systems (Open Text, SharePoint, etc.) and utilizing various tools (Adobe Lifecycle, etc.)
  • Drives HR reporting efficiencies and improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

**This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience.

**This position is located in Wilmington, DE.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • MUST HAVE at least 1&1/2 years of experience developing Workday reports, dashboards and scorecards
  • Must HAVE working experience in reporting and analytics space prior to Workday experience
  • Knowledge of Workday data sources and reporting functional areas
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Proactive, solutions oriented and goal driven
  • Able to understand big picture and execute
