Overview

Ashland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our team.

 

This position can be based in any of the following locations: Dublin, OH; Wilmington, DE; or Bridgewater, NJ.

Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop recruitment strategy. This includes such things as: comprehensive recruitment campaign planning and talent planning, job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing.
  • Understand and execute Ashland’s Diversity Strategy. Establish relationships with internal and external organizations to build a pipeline of diverse candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements throughout the recruiting process.
  • Good understanding of competitive landscape and labor market conditions; able to translate these to successful search strategies.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage recruiting team.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers for senior level positions.
  • Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Develop college recruiting program; attend career fairs and other events.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.


**This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience.

Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition recruiting supervisor; 7 years’ experience in full-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and employment branding.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), metrics management, creation and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Understanding of selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills required.
  • A leader and strategic thinker.
  • Approximately 20% travel within the US required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
