Exciting opportunity to join Ashland as a  Global Sales & Marketing Manager in our Radiation Therapy area based in Bridgewater, NJ. Join an innovative team! The position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing


  • Works with the Global Sales and Marketing Team in the creation and implementation of the global sales and marketing plans
  • Regional strategies for our international distribution partners to maximize sales growth
  • Develops market segmentation strategies to drive growth
  • Creates global sales strategies for all product lines
  • Respects all team members driving the team’s collective business goals
  • Reports to Director of Sales and Marketing regularly updating the results of specified sales and marketing strategies
  • Aids in the development of Key Opinion Leaders in the served markets
  • Develops potential new product concepts based on market feedback
  • P&L responsibility for product lines

**This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience.

**This position is located in Bridgewater, NJ.


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales & marketing management experience required (medical device a plus)
  • Previous experience in radiology/radiation therapy markets a plus
  • Must be able to travel globally
  • Ability to work in the hospital environment
  • Must be results driven and have proven P&L responsibilities-required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs required
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
