Business Transformation Project Manager
**This position can be located in Dublin, OH or Covington, KY.
The role of the Business Transformation Project Manager (PM) is to lead, plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the company’s critical strategic business projects. The PM will work closely with executive level leaders in the organization to make sure that the scope and direction of assigned projects are on schedule and resourced appropriately. PMs are action-oriented and expected to work independently or lead large cross-functional teams to implement company-wide initiatives.
Reporting to the VP, Business Transformation Office, the PM will act as an advisor to the project sponsor throughout the life-cycle of the project.

Implement the project
Control the project
Evaluate the project
College degree is required; PMP certification highly desired.
Minimum 5 years of proven hands-on project and change management experience with implementing complex strategic business projects.
Significant experience in a role of successfully managing multiple business initiatives through all project phases, including the design and implementation of new business processes to support those initiatives.
